Could you please tell me if there has been any changes in the rules about no records dated 1900 and on to be allowed to be viewed by members. I am coming to records of Finnish ancestors that died in the early 1900's and am unable to find any information. Is this area still closed to the public or is there a web link to access.

The FFHA can digitize records that are older than 125 for everyone to view, and records that are older then 100 years for members (since that requires signing in so we know who has access to them). However, not all parishes have microfilmed their "newer" records and those are harder to digitize since we then need access to the original records. You can check this list for books newer than 1860's to see what's available on microfiche:
