Thomas Junckara and last name

I am trying to verify some last names. I have a Thomas Junckara born 1.2.1734 born Junckara, Rovaniemi, Finland according to Hiski. His and his family have the last name of Junckara, but then his father, according to Hiski, has the name Oja. I'm not sure what Carin's last name is. Could you please check birth records for Thomas to see if you can determine his father's last name AND his mother Carin's last name. I tried Sukuhistoria but you know us Americans, we can't read some of that, and if we do, we can't verify it.

No last name found for Carin. She's just Carin Thomasdotter.

Junckara and Oja are alternatively used. Oja means ditch and also brook.
The farm of Junkkara/Oja was located by such a small waterway that the alternate name is very understandable.

Her father Thomas Raappana died 1714-1716. Her mother Margareta Pehrsdr Rautajoki married with Carl Witikka.
